Our 14-day money-back guarantee
DinoPath is operated by Dinopath (Pty) Ltd. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on the initial purchase of any paid subscription. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase date.
Who processes refunds
Our order process and refunds are handled by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle processes payments, issues invoices, and handles refund requests on our behalf.
How to request a refund
- Go to paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout. Paddle will email you a secure link to manage your purchase.
- From your Paddle buyer portal, choose the order and select "Request refund".
- Alternatively, email Paddle support via the link in your original payment receipt, or contact us through the support details on our website and we will forward the request to Paddle.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer (typically 5–10 business days).
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account or via your Paddle buyer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and prevents future charges. Renewal charges fall outside the 14-day initial-purchase guarantee, but we will consider refund requests for renewals on a case-by-case basis in line with the Paddle Refund Policy.
